New Orleans, Alabama, + lots of time outside!
May weather has been so nice this year. We have been busy playing at the park, making cookies and playing super hero’s!
It was finally time for our AAO/Alabama trip!
We had an early flight home! It was great to spend the rest of the day relaxing and playing at the park.

It’s a super 17 year for cicadas. It’s insane, gross and loud!!

Grammy got Ben the best summer present ever! We have had so much fun with it.

Busy yard day! I nearly mowed and stepped on a snake. Terrifying. Cleaned out the gutters! Disgusting.

The tornado season this year has been so crazy! We spent the entire evening in our basement while sirens went off. It was hailing and raining like crazy, which resulted in a basement flood!
The cutest friends! Benson is really loving Finn lately.
I’ve spent the entire month listening to 8+ hours of the Chad Daybell case. It has been live streamed and it’s been incredible to watch. In the trial they tried to say his wife died from being fat and eating McDonald’s…. not suffocated. When the verdict came in with guilty on all charges for Tammy, JJ and Tylee, I had to celebrate with some McDonald’s. Sweet justice. :)
Finally finished my quilt! Just need to bind…
We tried out a tot time at the Des Peres Lodge, finished it up at a park. Ben and Brielle had the best time chasing each other around.
I bought a new sewing machine because I have no idea if or when mine will be fixed…
