Good things to come

We have a new home!

While we were in Utah, Logan got a text from a company we had been working with to find a new house in St. Louis. We both were a little annoyed because we had voiced many times that we would contact them when we were ready.

But nonetheless, they sent us a few links to houses and this was one of them. Log showed me the link but when I saw the price tag I didn't scroll any farther. Nope.

With a little encouragement we thought hey, we might as well just go check it out. What's the worst that could happen? We were flying back home in the next few days so why not. We set up a time and during our layover we Ubered over to the house to take a look.
Well... we were in love with it! It had so much to offer and checked every box on our list.

These were our "essentials"
- Fenced Yard
- Garage
- Good area
- Basement for long arm
- No carpet

These were things we were dreaming of too...

- Privacy fence
- Webster Groves area
- Fridge that dispensed water & ice
- Granite countertops
- 15 minute commute to school
- Laundry/mudroom
- Landscaped backyard

And guess what. We literally got them all. It was a no brainer to get this house, even though it felt super scary and overwhelming at the time. Our goal with this house is the option to purchase it if Logan attends Orthodontic residency here.

This home makes me feel peace, happiness and a sense of belonging.
