St. Louis, Michigan and Florida! A very busy August!
We kicked off August in Florida + Michigan. You can catch up on that here:
Jumping back into a full week of regular life after our trip was hard! We made some homemade noodles for dinner. It was delicious!
We love going and visiting Logan for lunch. We tried a new place on campus called Crave. It was okay, we prefer the other placed called Fresh Gatherings.
Our little lion trying on his Halloween costume from last year. Playing at the park, making peach treats and buying Theo at Target. :) Many more park trips and bed time snuggles!
We celebrated our anniversary at Russell's on Macklind. It was so yummy and such a great experience!
We made peach pies, more time at the park and Super Man deadlifting his diaper pail.
On our actual anniversary (August 15) ... we celebrated with Jimmy Johns and lunch with Logan. That evening we went back to Russell's in Fenton.
I have been making a lot of foccacia bread lately. It takes about 3 days of sitting in the fridge before you bake it...and it is sooo good! My favorite is to make pizza out of it.
This water table has been such a great purchase!
Benson loves to crawl in laundry baskets... or any basket he can fit in and be carried around. We made some yummy pizza and some peach trifles.
One of Logan's professors invited everyone to come hang out at his house, swim, and play basketball. It was an incredible home and backyard!!
Three years of change and incredible growth. August 19 - 2020, 2021 + 2022
We were craving more peaches so we checked out a popup shop for Eckert's and got some peaches! They were beautiful... needed a few days to ripen. This story ends sadly with extreme mold and no peaches to eat. Super disappointed!
This shirt Logan got at GORP makes me LOL. It's so accurate!

I saw this little slide set on Facebook marketplace and it looked brand new! Benson loves it.
King of the world! All of the snuggles.
Logan had an ortho dinner with OERF. We will be going to their conference in Nashville in a few weeks!
Cleaning the park, trying on the Halloween costume and watching some more music videos.

August 27- 2020, 2021, 2022
Benson is climbing like crazy so we decided to put his lower legs on his high chair. Benny was very helpful! We went to a new food court called the Foundry for lunch. It was really fun!
We have been wanting a new shoe organization option forever... we finally pulled the trigger and picked this up from Ikea. Easily put it together, zero arguments. :)
